A pug day of our very own
The second Sunday of every month is the Dublin pug meetup. Shelby got a last minute invitation, and since she was feeling better, we drove there so that she could have some fun.
As usual, Shelby gets rolled by smaller pugs.
This is the first time I've been at the dog park where there were so many pugs it was hard to keep track of Shelby. Here she is, meeting a new pug.
3 pugs (including Shelby) vie for Steven's lap and attention. It's really easy to get swarmed by a pack of happy snorting pugs at events like these.
This little dog was the only dog that could reliably get Shelby to chase her. Which was great because she really needs to exercise. Click here to view the video.
And of course, all that activity is good for regularity. Steven took care of Shelby's deposit.

I am in the Sacramento area. We went to the Pugtacular in Antioch last year (or the year before)... the best part is that I don't even own a pug! But lord knows I want one.
Love you site. Especially the movies!

We have a Pug day once a month here in Portland, OR and Mushu loves it. Ours is organized through meetup.com, but I'm sure there are many other organized groups out there. You're right about trying to keep track of your own dog in a sea of Pugs. Fortunately, most of the collars and harnesses are different. Otherwise, I'd probably end up taking home the wrong Pug.

We also belong to a meet-up group. It's so much fun to let the puggies loose & watch them play. Shelby looks like she had a good time !! I enjoy checking your updates.

To see Shelby live and in action on her video was a treat! Here it is, after midnight, and I'm sitting by myself smiling away at Shelby. She is certainly a pug-at-your-heart-strings kind of girl.

Shelby looks like she had a great time. Whenever I go to the pug meetups, I like to put a coloured bandana or something on Sasha to help tell her apart from the other black pugs.

For some reason, this reminds me of a bad comedy where someone takes the wrong bag from the baggage claim without checking the tag and then finds that their bag is full of top secret spy stuff.
Oh my God! We've got the wrong pug!
