Bath time for toys

Oh Shelby, all your little friends smell bad.

All of Shelby's friends smell bad

Shelby whined while she was waiting for them to get out of the dryer.

Wow, that's a lot of toys! But my mom used to have garbage bags of extra toys her dog tired of.... so maybe not.

LOL - Loki whines when the housekeeper collects all his toys and puts them in the basket.

As soon as they leave - and by leave I mean he looks out the window until he is sure they are really really gone - he takes the toys one by one from the basket. And places them back nearly exactly where he had last left them. And then returns to his spot on the couch and quietly takes a very self satisfied nap.

I see froggie! But where's Mr. Duck?

I fear the slobber and goo are all that are holding Kricket's and Teddy's toys together... One wash usually does them in..and then it's off to the toy store!!!!

Her stinky towels and bed were under the toys. But yes...she's got a lot of toys. And Mr. Duck is under there somewhere. Mr. Duck has a voicebox, and I washed him hoping that the voicebox would die, but no such luck. The only effect was that the was a bit higher pitched until he dried out.

Personally, I use detergent. Just a little bit, and run them through a hot wash. Shelby seems to do fine with that.
