Best socks ever!

My friend Caren bought Vin a set of socks for Christmas.

Next to a lump of coal, I think socks would be high on a kid's do-not-want present list.

But these are awesome!

Best socks ever!

Even more amusing is that Shelby doesn't know what to make of them.

Best socks ever!
Now it's time to go on a stomping spree and inflict a wave of destruction through the city.

Winnie, your adorable son, Vin, has the most squeezable little chubby cheeks right now--oh,each day is another miracle discovery for him and thank you for sharing his life with us. Dear Shelby, we didn't forget that you are a great "big sister" to baby Vin and you two will enjoy each other for a long time to come--maybe even share a few gifts under the tree???!

How adorable are those socks?!

I had some slippers once that my dogs just hated so I understand dear Shelby completely.

Great picture of those 2 smoochable faces!

I also wish all the very best to Shelby and her family...and to all the readers who love checking in with this wonderful little family..I feel safe in saying we all feel connected with them and each-other.
We also are being reminded of what winter in Ontario Canada can really be like....storms for the last 4 or 5 days lots of snow and COLD...2-5 degrees!!!
I love hearing where everyone is from and was interested in hearing from Chinapug1
that you also have WINTER. Where are the
rest of you Shelby fans from??? I find it SO interesting to know how far and wide we all are...but at the same time have found this little Family to care about.
Anyway.....Love and Best Wishes to EVERYONE
and many best wishes for the New Year....
As always...Luv Ya....

Hi Ann Cargo,

I'm from Singapore. Have you heard of it? It's near Malaysia. Very Tropical Climate... usually hot(28degrees) throughout and we wonder if that's why our pug tubby has skin problems like dandruff and acne and extra shedding (& the vet has not nuch to say abt it). Do pugs skin get better in winter?

Posted by: Arlene | Dec 23, 2008 6:59:35 PM

Hi Arlene You are in a country I find very fascinating...my Kricket and Teddy Bear like our summer and the sunshine..it can be humid at times but lucky for us does not seem to affect their coats...shed..oh you bet..all the time..and winter can be too cold for them..(I think they like things to be perfect!!) Anyway..thanks so much for answering my little quiry...It is interesting to see how far flung we all are but at the same time have found each other!!! Take care...Ann
