How much does a pug shed?

This much.

How much does a pug shed?

And she doesn't seem remotely apologetic about it.

Are you still using a robotic vacuum cleaner? Did any of those special shampoos, vitamins, and hair shaving devices reduce the shedding? I guess Pugs
are programmed to Shed copious amounts.
Poor Winnie...you must be exhausted!

We recently pulled up our carpets and had the wood floors refinished. The pug fur bunnies are taking over the place, I can't keep up with them!

Ignorance was bliss, as my carpet was pug fur beige and I never dreamed what was going on down there in furby land.

All I can say, dear mommy Winnie, is that baby time will pass in a nanosecond and you will find it hard to believe that Vin was ever so small!!

Take care

Isn't it to ture. Winston was supposed to get a bath today, since his vacuum cleaner filter broke, I have to do the task tomorrow. His dead fur was totally blowing off his top coat. I swear by the amount of fur i collected you could make a small jacket for a chihuahua. (hehe).

I HAD a robot vacuum, but it broke. I'm not sure what went wrong, but I think overall neglect in cleaning the hair out of the brushes probably didn't help.

Nothing seems to help except for regular brushing, ever 2-3 days or so. I'm not that disciplined, so the house is still covered in fur.

In our house we call it "Build a Pug"! We also have a Newfoundland/border collie mix. He drops whole litters. But we love our fur dropping kids.

I don't understand how when my little puglet isn't even allowed in our walk in closet that her fur gets in and under everything! I pulled everything out the other day and was shocked by the amount of fur that had accumulated. Oh well ... she's cute, that makes up for everything.

Hi Arlene,

It had been a while since I brushed Shelby, but it doesn't seem to matter. In about 5 days you can gt that much fur. I could've kept going, but both Shelby and I were done with brushing by that time.

Hi Winnie,
Why did you decide not to shave Shelby?

Any reasons that might help me in the decision too?Like time involved and effort...etc???

Thank you.

Holy crap! I didn't realize it would be that much fur coming out. Hmm, wonder how much a Weim sheds then.

Surely we can band together to collect and sell the copious amounts of blonde pug fur -as far as I can figure (I have 2 pugs) we are much more producive than sheep or Llamas! Maybe a new resource for cold climates?
Can anyone out there spin?
Cheers, Linda
