Seeking a lap
Shelby sought out a soft lap. Something she still does, but is a lot better at. These days, if the lap is not available, she somehow manages to create one by clumsily climbing the legs, until the person finally relents.

hi just a note on Shelby climbing on your lap. My 2 guys kricket(girl) and Teddy Bear also just always have to be thatclose to us too. It seems like hundreds of years of being companions and lap warmers has been some how woven into their very DNA!! my guys have snuggly days (sometimes they are feeling a little off or sad) but then they seem to say "thanks I feel better now" and carry on their cheeky confident bigger than life way!! anyway just thought I'd put my 2 cents worth in! as all people who are owned by pugs we just LOVE to talk about them. thanks Ann.
