Welcome home

While Shelby was in surgery, I washed her bed and toys, put fresh litter in the box, and set out some fresh water so that she has a comfortable environment to recooperate in.

Litter box? shelby is litter box trained? I did not know that was possible. Very interesting. Was it difficult?

Shelby's the first dog I've ever house trained so I can't really compare to traditional methods. And even then, it was mostly Steven who did the enforcement. I wouldn't say it's difficult. At least we never had to stand out in the cold, waiting for number 2.

omg all of these ideas are so cool but ill take winnies statement that it is anoyin standing outside in any type of weather wating for your pug to do its business i mean my pug lucy take 30 years just to pick a spot and usually she picks like 5 spots but i just let her out first thing in the morning the reason i wouldnt litter box train her is because i have 3 cats and i hate litter boxes but i like the whole bell thing!!!!! thats kool!!

How was the litter training accomplished? I have a pug puppy and I've been reading that housetraining pugs are a continual and difficult task. This site is awesome and Shelby is so cute.
