Barky doggie in the window

Shelby sleeps for most of the day while Steven and I are working. If we walk around the house, she follows. In fact, she is very good at following, and if she is not under our feet, she is mostly up to no good, a.k.a. stealing laundry and rummaging through the trash can. Therefore, recently, I have allowed her to sit on my desk, and look out the window. This gives her something to do besides sleep. So now she barks at cars and pedestrians all day. It's sometimes distracting for me, but she loves it. She rarely gets a tall dog's view of the world.
