The Car Show

Yes, we went to another car show. This one was local, and we went with Steven's brother's family. It was a beautiful day.

Sometimes I find car show trends to be a bit odd. It took me a while to get used to seeing the stuffed kid dolls that were posed to look like they were "working" on the car. They always looked like they were being punished or something.

Now there appears to be a new trend.

Apparently it's all the rage to get a little model dog to pee on your rims. And here we've found a model pug.

Hmm. That's still kinda weird, but at least it's more amusing than the stuffed kid trend.

Poor Shelby, Why won't this fella talk to me? or at least greet me with a sniff? Is he/she stuck up or what?

the stuffed kids are called 'cry babies' and i agree- they are super creepy. my husband forbids them at his car show.

i'll have to keep an eye out for the fake dogs peeing- also pretty silly but, since i'm a dog mom, more acceptable.

If only Shelby could talk--wonder what she
is thinking about the phoney Pug Peeing
on the rims? Hope Shelby is better and ready for her Halloween debut?

I'm sure Shelby is saying.."if that's what they want me to do just say so...I could do a better job at watering the tires any day!!" I also hope Shelby is feeling better. Can't wait to see her new Halloween costume!!! Your weather looks wonderful...we went from 82 degrees and humid to 56 cold and rainy overnight in Ont. Canada....oh well here comes winter!!!

There goes the chrome, hahaha. My dog also has an uncanny fascination with my car's mags. He just loves looking at his reflection every time he pees on it. Now my once shiny chrome wheels are a bit yellow in color, LOL.

If the car could transform into a giant robot, I bet he'd be mad like Ironhide in Transformers, haha. Aww, the pugs are so cute. I hope they don't leave a permanent stain on the chrome though. The owner would not like that.

Well, wow, that's certainly an odd trend! It's like some sort of baptism for the car, courtesy of two cute pugs. It seems like a fun thing to do in a car show...
