Our new floor
As promised, here's a photo of our new floor. It looks so much better than the old white carpet that our house came with, especially since it was more stained than white. The new floor is an engineered bamboo that looks a bit like tiger wood (not the golfer). There were 4 samples we brought home to try, and we put Shelby on each of them and gave her a good scratch. This one did the best at camouflaging pug hair.
Shelby seems rather indifferent to this change, but she's always acted as if her incessant shedding was no-big-thing, and why don't we love that there are little reminders of her all over the house, our clothes, and our car. After all, no one freaks out over these little humans leaving toys and spit-up all over the house.
Touché little dog, touché.

Your new floor is so pretty. Swifter here you come. I love my portable Dyson. It is a very good product. Its the one on TV they show getting stairs , cobwebs and floors.

Cool! I can see why that would hide Shelby's shedding. Goes nicely with your furniture too.

lovely floor. We also got rid of all our carpets and sweeping up dog and pet hair..mud paws..and other assorted messes are now no big deal !!! Shelby looks as regal as always !!

I can totally relate. I never ever wear black to work. I have 4 pug and a boxer..neverending hair!!! Glad to hear everything is ok with Shelby, the kids and their parents. The Youngstown Bunch.
